How Exercise Can Benefits The Elderly Patients With Heart Failure?
I've read an interesting article from Science Daily about how exercise can really benefit the elderly people especially those who have heart failure. I remember my dad when he first experienced a mild stroke confirming a heart failure due to nerve blockage in the heart, his doctor said that any rigorous physical activities is now prohibited. My dad is over 60 years old when he suffered that stroke attack.
It is not new to me that most cardiologists are not recommending any physical exercise for people aged 60 and above especially if they suffered heart failure. Physicians will also say that exercise won't do much of a difference on their condition, health wise. The article that I just read a while ago has somewhat changed my perspectives with regards to this issue.
