Apple has huge amount of minerals and vitamins which strengthen the blood. Apple also contains malic and tartaric acids that has proven to help prevent irritable digestion and fatty liver.

Apple skin contains pectin, a substance that detoxifies bad substances in our body by supplying galacturonic acid. Pectin also help prevent protein matter in the intestine from spoiling.

Studies also shown that taking an apple daily can reduce cholesterol and lowers the risk of skin diseases.
