The Importance of Water To Our Body
We often times overlook the essentials of water to our body. Most of us with busy lives don't even bother to count how much water we consumed every day. Our body are at least 75% water and our brain alone is close to 90%.
The effects of dehydration comes to play when we feel thirsty. Do you crave for water or bottled drinks when you fell thirsty? As much as cool aid or gatorade taste much better from water, I still suggests that you take water because it has a lasting positive impact to our body. Your blood moves the oxygen and needs water. It helps you heal from injuries and in cleansing and detoxification. Water improves your digestion and sexual performance.
Let me give you some informations that the water can do for our body and how it contributes to our Wellness and Health.
- Consume at least 8 to 10 glasses, or more. If you are an active individual, listen to your body if it needs more water.
- Always carry a bottle of water where ever you go. You must consider the interval of time when you drink water. The body needs more water as it uses it to convert to energy. So drink water before, during and after any physical activity.
- You must consider the quality of water to consume. It has been studied that tap water has too many toxins these days. Water is not the same. Many turn on to bottled water but it's not good either. The plasticides from the bottle itself leach into the water over a period of time making it low standards.
