Sprain. Common sprain victims are athletes because of overuse of body strength. They over stretch, jump and runs every time resulting to injuries to the ligaments around the joint. Sprain is a very painful injury and long recovery is needed. Avoid twisting, stretching and lifting heavy things when not in the right position. Tearing of ligaments will force the joint to be dislocated causing severe sprain injury.
Osteoarthritis. The most common joint problem. Osteoarthritis is caused by ageing but can also be associated to genetical history. This disease is caused by the disappearance of cartilages between the bone joints. When we age, this becomes natural as the cartilage is totally wear down and our joints are rubbing bone to bone friction that causes severe pain.
Other causes of joint pains include unwanted injuries, bone fracture, infectious diseases such as hepatitis and measles.
How can you avoid or relieve joint pains? Well, joint pains cannot be avoided. As we age, the probability of getting joint pains increases. There are some solutions to lessen the pain though by taking bone and joint dietary supplements. These supplements such as Glucosamin and Chondroitin can help joints wear and tear pace to be slower and are responsible for muscles and bone health. It is advisable that at an early age, we have to look for foods that are good for our joints such as fruits and vegetables.
