The Longevity Life Plan
It is every man's dream to have a strong, healthy and long life. But the formula for longer and sexy body is already exposed to us, the only question is how and what to eat to achieve life longevity. We don't need the magical fountain of youth to stay young and sexy longer as we age.
By eating right and knowing what is the best for your body, the probability of having killer diseases like diabetes, heart problems and cancers are very low. Below are my basic rules of having a longer, youthful and sexy body.
Go for foods rich in antioxidants
Foods that are rich in antioxidants are commonly bursting with colors which makes them not too hard to find. Fruits such as watermelon, apple and all kinds of berries while vegetables like carrots, sprouts, broccoli and tomatoes all helps eliminate free radicals inside our bodies. These free radicals are formed when our cells metabolizes oxygen which then destroys other healthy cells resulting in various diseases such as heart problems and cancers. Enough supply of antioxidants can slow body ageing and maintains good memory. Another good supply of antioxidants is Green Tea.
Real foods has no substitute
While there are a lot of supplements out in the market today, you have to wonder if those pills really works what they promises. Although in some point supplements like vitamin E and other vitamin pills can help boost immune system, it really does not make a big impact in your health. It is still advisable to eat foods rich in vitamins than taking your chances with these expensive supplements. That is why they are called "supplements" at the first place.
Processed foods are high in chemicals like preservatives and food colorings. Foods such as hotdogs, ham, canned goods, bacon, sausage and others are all dangerous for your health. Eating processed foods actually speeds up the pace of ageing and keep your risk of having cancers very high. Processed foods are also less healthy because many nutrients are washed out during its processing. Also, processed foods are hard to digest than regular foods making your blood sugar and insulin levels from fluctuating.
Choose the right Fats
Unsaturated fats from fish oils, vegetables and fruits are good to your health. It improves insulin sensitivity and reduce blood lipids. Good cholesterol lower your risk of heart attack and stroke. While the LDL or commonly known as bad cholesterol has no health benefits for you. Eating processed foods, burgers, meat fats and processed cheese can increase your LDL. Eat vegetables and fruits to sustain good HDL level in your body and a regular exercise can also help lessen bad cholesterol.
Eat less and exercise
Did you notice that people who jogs every morning and those who loves to dance are not overweight? That is because staying slim and healthy is linked with how your body performs good quality activity such as exercise and eating right. Eating less can make lower your risk of heart attack and stroke and regular exercise can make your body fit and sexy for decades. Staying in shape is not that hard, just have the right workout plan for you to follow.
Learn to follow this rules and it is proven that you will have enjoyable and longer lives. Life is too short to indulge ourselves to wrong path of unhealthy ways. It is much much worthy to always take good care of our health and prevent certain diseases. This way you can live longer, enjoy life better and have youthful body as we age.
