Reasons Why You Must Not Eat Chicken Skin
Chicken dishes are loved worldwide as it is available in almost anywhere. Some says that chicken are more loved than meat dishes. Chicken can give you your daily dose of protein body requirements. Chicken do have more health benefits but let me tell what is not good about chicken.
Chicken flesh especially the breast area is considered white meat which is a good thing. It is lower in cholesterol than pork and beef. The problem with chicken is its skin. Chicken skin is very high in bad cholesterol. Do you wonder you always crave for that tasty chicken skin? Because you actually eat pure cholesterol in chicken's skin.

Too much consumption of neck, wings, back, legs and feet part where theres a skin, will get your cholesterol level rise dramatically. Too much cholesterol is very bad for your health as it is the number one cause of heart diseases, cancers and other known killer illnesses.
To enjoy the goodness of a chicken dish, you must scrape that skin out of your plate and instead indulge with the meat which is of course more safer to eat. It is best to avoid bad cholesterol as early in your life to have a fitter and healthier lifestyle. Enjoy any tasteful chicken dishes in a smart way.
