This fruit is also good in cardiovascular health and can prevent cancer and stroke.

Peppers
Bell Peppers, chili peppers and cayenne peppers are known on their antioxidants properties. Unknown to many, peppers are good food alternatives for weight loss because of their high capsaicin content. The thermogenic effects of this "hot" vegetables primarily helps burn fats and calories naturally using a metabolic increase that often lasts for a long period of time after digestion.

Tea is also an amazing ally. I often drink black tea due to the combination of antioxidants and caffeine, which accelerate the metabolism, allowing us to burn fat and build muscle much faster!
