Many of my readers are requesting me to write some advice on what foods are good for arthritis condition and what should be avoided. As you know, this illness is a very painful one. Arthritis occurs mostly in old people which are mainly caused by the inflammation of body joints.

All sufferers from this inflammation are caused by the wear and tear of body joints for years of work, this is the reason why it occurs initially in the middle age. Another factor is the food that we eat. Over consumption of eggs, red meat, pork fats and other unhealthy foods can cause arthritis.

Fried foods are also one of the factors why people suffer from arthritis. The deadly cholesterol contained in cooking oils can add your risk for different types of arthritis. Experts also suggest that even if you use organic oils such as vegetable oil and olive oil can also has a bad effects in health.

Anti-inflammatory foods can help aid or prevent arthritis. This includes fresh and organic vegetables and fruits and fish with omega-3 fatty acids such as salmons and tuna. If you are food conscious, consider these foods for your everyday meal.

Other factors that should be avoided are smoking tobacco, too much alcohol drinking and processed foods such as hotdogs and bacon. Canned goods are also bad for your health because its deadly substances goes directly to the bloodstream that can lead to formation of bacterias, viruses or even worse, cancer.

If you are still young, these foods can be less harmful but it can catch up with your health once you aged. The effects of inflammatory causing foods stays in the body for years, making you susceptible for any types of diseases especially muscle and joint pains. Incorporate this bad eating habit with your daily lifestyle can add more risk to the body to become more stiff and your bones more fragile.

Chocolates, several commercial milk products, spinach, sorrel are also said inefficient in helping the absorption of calcium and iron in the body because of the presence of oxalic acids.

Physical activities can help exercise our muscle joints and over all body which can prevent the development of arthritis. It is important that we take care of our body at a young age, just like health investing for the future.
